my logic may be keeping me out of the game?.
so i sent some yellow letters out and got a good response. The only thing is everyone wants what thier house is worth in this market. How am i supposed to find good deals if the people im running into are looking for almost full price...also how do you wholesale a home if a person owes a mortgage and the mortgage is more than the averaage reo? example...the homes in my area are selling for 20-50k if a reo.. if a cash guyer sees that im sure they would say hey 60 or 30 hmm 30 is cheaper i will take the 30..leaving me out of the game.. hope this makes sense..thanks
