Wholesaling a property in pre-forclosure...How??
So, I sent out a recent mailing and I came across a woman who owns 5 properties (One 4 unit and 4 SFH)the thing is, she's in pre foreclosure. I assume that she has got a notice from the bank recently. She wants to have a meeting with me to see what I can do, she requested a payoff amount from the bank today. This is all new to me, I never had to deal with something like this before.
How do I handle this situation? I know that the multi family is a steal (ARV 400k and she will take 150k).
