Please Help. Free and Clear Property
Please help. I recently received a property that is free and clear. I have built a ton of rapport with the seller and I’m unsure what to do with the property; or how to structure the deal. Can someone help me figure out how to structure the deal or what other options I should consider while getting the deal finished?
