Vacant properties probate divorce

what steps are needed to be taken  to obtain a list of vacant properties, divorcees, probate or pre-foreclosure properties? I am new and just looking for a finger to point me in the right direction. Thank you so much!

@Devon Dunn I’m no expert and starting out just like you, but I know that RESS systems are great for those all in one location.

Now, if you don’t have the ability to access one of those, you can do a few things: drive around and find unkept yards with windows either empty or with boards, talk to your community, and go to the courthouse. These are just a few of the ways you can find out about the info you are looking for, but please continue to look for more! Then you can post it on here so people like me can be more educated as well.

Good luck on your search and I hope you get a banging deal!

At your local county courthouse look at the Calendar of Events for upcoming hearings. To access probate files you'll need the decedents name and case number..
