Purchase a second home?
I have one home now that I live in. I would like to buy a second home? I don’t want to get an investment property loan for the second home. I have been informed that if I use a traditional home loan for the second home then I would have to move into it and rent out my first home. I don’t really want to move into the second home unless I have to. Is there a way to get around moving into the second home?
