Wholesaling 2 SF homes on 1 Acre & not sure how to go about it.
This is my first deal & the owner owns 2 SF homes on 1 Acre. It has a pool and a pond & a workers station. I just left from viewing the property which both needs repairs. He’s asking 120K for both the properties. What’s my next step?
- When looking for comps am I looking at the property as a whole or individually? I was having trouble coming up with an MAO because there's no other properties like this in the Area.
- Should i wholesale the properties together or separate?
