Wholesaling in MIAMI, is this a deal?
Hey everyone, I Have a property under contract and I plan to wholesale it, the property ARV is around 365 to 370 the repairs are about 25K+/-. I got the property for 245k. The property Is in Hialeah Miami and I feel like there's space for An investor to make this work but I'm Not exactly sure where I should price this without going over the top. Let me know what you guys think if you have any advice on whether this is a good deal or if you have any ideas of where I should price this to where it makes sense for everyone.
