Curious to see if any wholesalers out there have had any success wholesaling virtually from Canada in the United States.

BP has a podcast that was done years ago with a guest who wholesaled virtually from Australia sorry can't remember the episode so you have to do some digging. 

I wholesale virtually from across the US and I'm sure the process is similar except for the exchange rate. You just need to have someone in the market you can depend on to walk the property, take pics, and allow buyers in.

how do you wholesale virtually without even visiting the property in person? how can you find buyers to take over the flip without visiting the property and the next buyer?
