12-plex renovation costs
Hello everybody,
I have a seller that is interested in selling his 12-plex that is 5,876 sqft and needs a full rehab, I’m looking to wholesale the property. I have not dealt with multi family before so I’m a bit confused on comps and repair costs. So if I could get some tips or maybe an average repair cost for a full rehab that would be greatly appreciated.
