Hello, My name is Javonte. I'm currently living in Denison TX. I wholesale properties around me! I have the basics down but I haven't quite flipped my first deal. I'm just looking to wholesale right now so I can build enough money to start fixing and flipping or holding. I've just sent my first letter to a potential seller that I found driving for dollars! I'm looking for investors around me to network with and learn the ropes, not looking for a handout! I'm already attending a local meetup in Plano.
