Rookie WHOLESALER NC area! HELP. ADVICE!
Hey everyone!! Definitely brand new to wholesaling, day 1 status so I have so much to learn. I’m in North Carolina, on the outskirts of Charlotte! I really believe there’s great real estate opportunities out here and I would love to get in on the action starting with wholesale. I’ve only started and just now got my boots on the ground so I’m patrolling for properties. As I said I’m very new to this and just looking for any advice and all information I need to get myself started!
