Can anybody share a seller contract with me please?

Are you looking for an example or are you trying to save money and use someone else's contract?  If an example, there should be plenty online if you google them.  If trying to save money, best to have an attorney in your state draft one for you, assuming you plan to be legit and don't want to expose yourself to too much liability.

In OR we have some statutory requirements on sales contracts.  I can't believe we're the only state with special requirements.

Please don't cheap out on something this important, you're the one at risk.  Get a broker or atty involved.
