Hello all!

I'm very new in the Wholesale side of the house. It seems most things are difficult WITHOUT an REI software like PropStream or Propelio. Is it worth it just to pay the $97 a month for PropStream or just do my individual research for comps, absentee owner, tax delinquent etc?
