So I know you don’t need a hard money lender for wholesaling but I called up one and they told me they have a wholesaling program just for wholesaling they told me it is a one time payment of 650 and I get access to there software, contracts, proof a funds letters, and there cash buyers list, and also will give me help to check if the deal is good and go over and double check my numbers. Now what I want to know is what is your guys opinion on that? Is it worth it what you guys think?
Why as us. For as little as 650, I'd do it just to see what the program is like.
Not sure about the pricing, but it sounds like they offer transactional funding and some supplementary resources to assist wholesalers.
You may want to ask them some questions about their transactional funding product, namely how it works and how it has helped wholesalers in the past.
It might not hurt to ask for a referral or two and speak to some wholesalers who have used their products/services.
Hope this helps,
It doesn't sound too bad especially with the proof of funds. Make sure you understand that aspect fully. Contracts are pretty much free but software costs money so that could make it worth it too.
