I’m a new wholesaler in the Birmingham, Alabama area. Does anyone have some insight on the best areas/zip codes that are good for investor? Also what are some good areas to buy and hold?

What's up Miguel! I have the most success in Irondale, South Avondale, Gardendale and Adamsville. Center point is a little hit or miss but it can be good too.
