MLS Wholesale Real Estate

A lot of local MLS are sponsored by a state or the local association of Realtors which means you'll most likely have to be a licensed agent and Realtor in your state. This isn't always the case, but you'll have to build a relationship with the MLS and pay fees. You can also consider partnering with an agent who has access.

@Barbara Salazar if you plan to wholesale a MLS listing I would HIGHLY encourage you to rethink k your strategy. As a agent I would be screaming red flags to my clients if I saw an offer on a listing with "and or assigns" on the buyer line. That holds doubly true in this market.
