Wholesaling in Canada
I have a couple questions about real estate wholesaling in Canada — I have not done this before and am just looking for any general advice. Particularly the following.
1) Are there any known differences of doing it in Canada vs US (thinking more so from a legal standpoint) — are there any legal boundaries to be aware of
2) How does one go about writing/getting a proper contract to give to a buyer?
3) Are there any websites/preferred methods of connecting with cash investors?
