Wholesale friendly title companies
Looking to attempt my 1st wholesale deal. Anyone know of any wholesale friendly title companies in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area that would already know what I am trying to accomplish and would be able to make it easy for me? Thanks!
Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors, investment groups, lenders, title companies, and more in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings and look for recommendations.
Personally we usually use Indiana Title Company out of Crown Point but there are some good title companies in this area. We've also used Meridian Title, Chicago Title, and Greater Indiana Title.

They are out of Algonquin but can work all around Chicago.

We use Guaranty National Title for wholesale deals.

Happy to take a look at any properties you pic up in NWI. Indiana Title and Greater Indiana Title are you best options if you are doing assignments.
