Help from experienced Investors please!
Situation:
new opportunity to put this property under an agreement and then assign to my buyer
question:
my seller says that the property will be part or subject to a 1031 exchange. Can I even put this property under an agreement? How does this effect my deal (if at all)? Do I need to work with a specific type of buyer for this property? I have a meeting in about 3 hours to sign or walk away so any info helps! Thanks
