Changing Owner Occupied to Tenant Occupied Insurance
Hello! We are no longer occupying our house starting June 1. Do we cancel homeowners insurance and start rental property insurance? I don't want to ask the insurance company first incase it flags something wrong. Please let me know if you've done this and best way to go about it!
