CA Insurance Broker Needed
Hi, I am currently getting my property and casualty insurance license, I am almost done with my prelicensing, I plan on putting up a bond with the state and becoming an insurance broker. In the training, it doesn't teach anything about actually how to be an insurance broker and the forms and disclosures required. Through my own research of the insurance code, I have found that as a broker I need to give my client the Standard Broker Fee Agreement and Standard Broker Disclosure along with the applicable insurance pamphlets. Are there any other disclosures or forums I need them to sign or be aware of? Also, how do you go about getting an insurance quote for your client?
