Insurance for LLC owned 4 plexes
We own a few 4 plexes in the Phoenix Arizona area and its liability insurance renewal time. We are getting quotes and I see that some brokers have quoted personal lines coverage while others have quoted commerce lines coverage. Interesting their quotes are very close in costs. What are the major differences, and since all our properties are owned by their own individual LLC's which is better?
