Anyone invested with Prime Capital Investments based out of Newport Beach, CA?

Hello everyone, 

Looking at a multifamily deal in Tucson, AZ currently being offered by Prime Capital Investments. I was interested in the deal due to pretty good CoC projections, and what appears to me to be pretty good risk adjusted returns. However, this operator is new to me. Has anyone hear had any experiences with them?
