Your trailer is on FIRE!

I lent my 17 yard dump trailer to a tenant that was leaving after 7 years. This was on Labor Day and I got a call from the neighbor with this picture. Luckily no one was injured and believe it or not the trailer still works and so do the brake lights and blinkers! The bright side is I didn't have to pay the $147 fee to dump this load (which was only an $85 fee three years ago but I digress)!

Seems like your tenant was trying to avoid the $147 fee, otherwise, why would the trailer be parked away from the house.

I agree with Greg.  You're so lucky the propane tank wasn't closer...or the electrical lines...or the tree.

It’s called a chain link fence.

It did melt the lower low voltage lines but the tree will recover. There was a guy on a bike digging through it looking for scrap metal 30 minutes before. We figure he must’ve been smoking a cigarette.

Still very lucky.  I'd let the power company know.

The power company was there almost as fast as the fire department👍

@Kristi K. A few weeks ago I received a frantic call from a police officer in the town were we have an STR. An arsonist set our guests car on fire in our driveway. Fortunately no one was hurt but it made for an interesting few days.
