Hello BP,

I wanted to give everyone an update on some happenings here in California. A ballot initiative is gaining steam to raise taxes on properties valued at more than $3 million. This could effect many owners. Prop 13 has always been a third rail of California politics and it looks like this year there may be some attempted changes. Stay informed as this could greatly effect your investments.
