NY Times Peak Millennial Article - Implications for Investors?
I have been interested in real estate investing for a number of years and starting to look seriously for some properties around the Houston market. I'm a millennial and live close to downtown so fit in to this demographic. I also like to stick to the philosophy of investing what/where you know so have been looking in areas that would be impacted if there was a significant change in direction.
I'm interested in the communities insights into the implications for real estate investment in cities around the country and also specifically Houston. Do you see significant changes in direction coming?
