Pottstown, PA Feedback
Hey BP! After a long hiatus I am finally back in the market for my first investment property. I have been pre-approved for a loan and begun my search. While doing so, I came across a property located in Pottstown that almost seems to good to be true so I was hoping to get some feedback on the Pottstown rental market. I recall reading that this area could be tricky while conducting research last year but now I am looking to validate my thoughts.
I tried to search but nothing turned up. Does anyone have any insights, experiences or just general comments they want to share? Thanks in advance.
