NJ investors; what neighborhoods are you looking into?
What areas do you guys see the most growth in NJ (which towns)? I feel as though NJ is a tough state to invest in, you really gotta put the time in to find deals, which is an exciting challenge. I’ve been keeping my eye on Asbury Park but it seems to be getting hotter. Purchased a multi fam in jersey city heights in 2016 and in those short 3 years, the area has completely turned for the better. Also just closed on another multi fam in Roxbury. Just trying to keep the momentum rolling and wanted to know what the BP members thought of NJ investing and where they see value in NJ.
