What is everyone's outlook for May-June?
So everyone knows it is a weird time, rates are low, many people out of jobs, banks raising lending standards, oil market is down, political concerns etc... Where/what do you see yourself working toward for the months to come? Is there going to be an explosion in homes for sale? Are you going to be able to snag a few?
