I've been studying and planning to start real estate investing for several months now. My biggest fear, however, is the HOT Utah housing market. Doesn't seem like a smart time to buy. Is it just my fears taking over or is it a real concern? Anyone from Utah out there...?

Utah is still a really great market and the appriciation is better than most markets. I think it's still buying time. In 10 years these prices will look cheap.

Buy now, buy tomorrow and buy the day after. Doesn't matter when so long as you continually buy

Hey @Nicolle Rowley in ST. George, it's hotter (real estate, not summertime yet) than ever. We're seeing rents trending up to keep pace with mortgages. So we're seeing the gap closing.
