What's the best way to transfer a commercial asset to my business
What's the best way to transfer a commercial asset from my personal name into a C-Corp? For taxes reasons it has to be done to satisfy a ROBS transaction. I need two properties or business to satisfy the ROBS requirements. I do not want to buy the property from myself and incur taxes on the transaction.
