Hi Everybody, Ozzy Sirimsi here. I am an Investor since 2004, a Real Estate Agent since 2014 and an active Bigger Pockets user/fan since 2015. I specialize in Baltimore City and surrounding cities as a whole and specialize in working with Out-of-State investors as well as Newbie Investors  I listen and understand what they are looking for  Send possible deals ( I don’t believe in daily listings so only send tailored individuals listings especially for Baltimore)  Go check the houses, and if buyer cannot come or out of state, do a facetime with them while in the house  Go over the possible renovations and BUDGET Once we are all on the same page, and everybody is comfortable about the deal, we buy the house I normally don’t stop there  I helped them to renovate the house  go through the renovations  explain the process  work on their budget  if we agree act as their GM during the renovation  Rent their house I call it a “full package” because I believe a newbie investor or an Out-Of-State investor needs a full package, and I get involved as much as they want me to be involved. It got to a point that, I import Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Drywall, baseboards and interior doors, get pretty good pricing, sell with very good pricing, so we all benefit. I can easily say my investment family is growing. I started my real estate journey 16 years ago with a condo purchase in Baltimore City, was not my best deal but thought me a lot about the process. Since then I personally bought many other rental properties townhouse and leave my W2 job in 2012, and dedicated my time into real estate. I am a big believer of Location Location Location and Multi-Units :D)) I don’t rent anything that I would not live in personally, so I update them all, so renovated all my rentals up the same standards, and manage them afterwards; with 16 years’ experience have pretty good knowledge on finding the right property, renovating it the right way with right budget, and renting them to right person or family.
