I am selling 3 properties (all right next to each other on the same street) as a package deal for $214,050. All properties are located in Concord, NC, about 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte, NC.
2 single family homes, and 1 duplex, all on individual parcels. The current total monthly rent is $2000/mo, however market rent for these properties is $2800/mo. 3 of the units are on month to month leases, so that can be brought up to market rent very quickly, and the other's lease expires on 6/28/19.
They already managed by a property management company, so they are turn-key.
We need to close by March 12. Cash only. Proof of funds required in order to lock this up.
We have a few offers on the table, and want to have this package deal assigned by Feb. 16th.
