Fortunately, there are ways for us to get rid of the feeling of worthlessness that prevents us from succeeding. On that note, here are a few tips that can help you enhance your self-esteem.

1. Pay no attention to your “dark side”

“I hate you”, “You’re worthless.” These are the phrases you hear when you’re feeling down. They’re telling you to take the blame for something you haven’t even done. So, if you want to start making positive changes in life, spend your mornings jogging around the nearby park. For sure, you will feel less anxious among other people. 

Swimming is also an activity that will surely give you a sense of purpose. Doing laps at the nearby pool can help you boost your confidence as well as build your physique. One thing’s for sure, any activity that involves intensive effort can make you feel awesome!
