Inventory is getting lower in all multifamily segments.  Manchester, New Hampshire has seen several properties sell recently and not much new inventory to replace it.  Over time, this inventory is expected to continue to drop as the season shifts into winter.  If you're looking to buy a multifamily in Manchester, do so before new inventory stops appearing!
