@Chris Davidson thanks Chris! I think my business partner mentioned that you two have talked before, which is awesome. Hope you guys can keep me in tune with how the Boise market goes. Right now, were exploring a triplex that is near a college. Were considering a rent a room situation for college students, especially now that covid appears to be beginning to wind down. But honestly, were open to anything really in the MF. Were still so fresh, we havent %100 dialed in what niche we would like to get into exactly.

@Aj Parikh Hey thanks! I honestly haven't considered Indiana, but will do for sure in the future. I'm hoping to get a proof of concept property under my belt to begin with. Need to make sure I'm able to prove to myself and hopefully future investors what I'm capable of. I actually stumbled on roofstock just recently. I'll do more exploring there for sure. Hey everyone! My name is Andy and I'm over the Twin Cities of Minnesota. I've done a little of my homework, having just finished Rich Dad/Poor Dad, as well as BP's Ultimate Beginners Guide. Looking to get into multifamily investments, both here in my area, as well as the Boise, ID area with BP member Max Scott. Hoping to learn as much as possible, as well as contribute as much as possible.
