So here's the deal I own a few investments already 4 to be exact that cash flow about 6 a month and have a 6 figure job 140k after taxes that I travel for work. My ideal situation is to pickup about 10 more rentals within the next 2 years so I can just live off that income.

My Delimma is I still have to travel for work for the next 2 years and the town I want to move back home to has seen around 20% appreciation so do I buy a personal home and rent it which would be easy or do I focus on buying more rentals? The rentals cost me about 60k each with 25% down so 15k. My home town home prices are 300k.
