Would you share the name of the bank you found? I am not ready to buy yet, but will be moving back to the Dayton area next Spring. Many of the houses I have looked into would need a small loan and have not found a bank yet that will do them.

Hi Everyone,

I filled out the profile first and it gives a bunch of info. My husband and I are preparing to move back to Ohio. Based on our past experiences (and the lack of employment ops out there) we are looking into real estate. Most likely fix & flip or small rentals. For now, I am reading and learning!
