Welcome to BP. Always great meeting more NJ Investors. Looks like you already took that big first step and it is a great time to start. I would look BP around and ask lots of questions. The BP community is great for sharing its experience and opinions. I would also look for some local REI Groups in your area. This is were you will be able to find local investors who maybe has deals for you or even other recommendations that may help grow your business. Happy Investing.

Christine Rodriguez welcome to bigger pockets. Always great meeting another NJ investor. I would ask a lot of question. The bigger pockets community is great for sharing opinions and experiences. Also I would join some of your local REI this is were you will meet your other local wholesaler as well as your cash buyers. I would make sure you understand what your buyers are looking for.  Welcome to Bigger Pockets.  Always great meeting another NJ investor.  The SJREI currently has a sub group based in Trenton in Mercer County.  They just announced the group is expanding and will be moving soon to the Princeton Area.  The Sub Group leader @Matt Faircloth and @Liz Faircloth and Paul Margaritis run this Sub Group.  They are a incredible resource.  The meeting are filled with a lot of great education and networking opportunities.  Happy Investing.
