Hello, my name is Shane, and my wife and I are interested in investing in real estate here in our local area. We are undecided as of yet what avenues we want to pursue (fix and flip, long term investment, or rent to own). We've read A LOT of books and information over the past couple of months and I would like to talk to someone that currently invests in the area in a mentor role. We are happy to be here and look forward to learning as much as possible through the site.
