Also curious about why you want to transfer from a financial analyst to an assistant property manager. I think an assistant for property manager is to do some paper and accountant work, but may get a sense of property management.

Hi BP members,

I'm just starting out and had a question about FHA loans. I've been reading about how some investors fund their properties on FHA loans and live there for a year before converting it to a rental. Does anyone have any experience with this? If you do it too many times, will you eventually max out your debt and not be able to get another loan?

Thanks in advance!

Really advertising on multi-media is useful. I know a lot of people looking for properties through internet. You can even post your properties on facebook or even instagram. It won’t cost you too much time and energy. Or you can try Tellus. It can help you post advertisements on some websites.

I prefer light grey which looks modern and simple. And grey is better than white because it is easier to protect the wall color. But don’t choose dark colors which makes the whole space look depressing.

It's the reality that they have been around for six years, and it may get you back a few hundred dollars.

70% of Americans have pets, so you can charge a pet management fee, which is what you deserve.
