Thanks everyone!  It's great to hear others' input!

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting to the BiggerPockets forum. My husband and I formed an LLC and are currently building our team and searching out properties to invest in. I've been surprised at how different the lending terms are for LLC's versus an individual. In our area, we are being offered 15 year loans, with rates that adjust every five years. We also have to put down 25%. I'm in the Pittsburgh area. I'm curious what other borrowers (as LLC's) are seeing. Would anyone care to share? Thanks!

Hi everyone!  I am new to Bigger Pockets and to real estate investment, in general.  I am currently a stay-at-home mom, who also works part time as a personal Stylist.  I have a Bachelor's and MBA in Accounting and Finance, though I haven't worked in the field in the last four years.  My husband and I are looking to grow our wealth through real estate investments, and we are starting our journey on this website.  We are in the early steps of figuring out incorporation, lending options, real estate analysis, and so on.  I'm so excited to be part of this community!
