Come by and have some dinner, grab a brew, connect with local investors and learn something new!

We invest locally, and we invest in other states. Both are valid investing strategies, but each has their advantages and disadvantages. We are going to talk about them so you can make an educated decision about your investing going forward.

6:00 PM: Networking Hour - Grab a brew and a bite and meet us in the back room to meet and chat with other local investors.

7:00PM: Short presentation about local and long distance investing, followed by more networking.

Please RSVP at https://www.meetup.com/Real-Estate-Cash-Flow-Investors/events/257755299/

We have investors that are hungry for cash flow and flip properties. We are looking for the right person to lead our team in Pittsburgh. We are experienced investors and have purchased many properties, but we need boots-on-the-ground in the area to find and vet properties for us in the Pittsburgh area.

The right person will have a love of real estate, ready to help grow a team, and has desire to grow their own portfolio of rental properties using the BRRRR method.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Communicating with Realtors and wholesalers to find properties that fit our criteria for buying.
  • Searching MLS for properties that will work in our system.
  • In-person walk-through of potential properties. Assessing the property, lot and neighborhood. Take pictures and videos of property so we can vet the property as well.
  • Coordinating with contractors and inspectors, as needed, to get an idea of scope and cost of rehab.
  • After closing, manage contractors, trades, handy men and cleaning crews to get property ready for rent or sale.

The right person will:

  • Have a love of real estate.
  • Positive and “can do” attitude. There will always be new challenges and surprises. Negativity will not solve these challenges.
  • Knowledge of Pittsburgh and surrounding neighborhoods. You don’t have to be an expert now, but you be touring enough properties that you soon will be.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Great communications skills. This is so important. You will be in constant communication with us, and with all of the other vendors, so being able to communicate effectively is paramount to success.
  • Goal oriented. What do you want your life to be like in 5 years? How are you going to get there? How can creating a real estate empire help you achieve these goals?
  • Organized. We will teach our project management system, but you will have many balls in the air and will need to be able stay on task with each of them.
  • Coachable. We have been doing this for years, so the right person will should be coachable and willing and ready to learn.
  • Willing to get your hands dirty. There will be times when we need something done asap, and you will need to jump in and get it done at the property.

This is a full-time, 1099 position. But with our system, you should start receiving checks fairly quickly. Our goal is to get you up to 10k/month within 6 months. With the right team member, this should be easy.

Realtors are welcome to apply, but this is a full-time position and your goal should be to transition out of retail real estate quickly.

If you are interested in this position, please email [email protected] and write the word “Pineapple” in the subject line. Tell me a little about yourself, what your goals are, and why you’re the right person for this job.

Hi Michael!

I'm organizing an investor happy hour on the 6th of December at Rialto downtown. Have ten signed up on my Meetup, why don't you stop by? Great way to meet local investors and network.
