Hello Hello!

I have tried at least 10 times to post an ad on craigslist seeking a VA overseas. I have tried multiple layouts, changed my wording, started a new account, and tried posting in another area. All keep getting flagged and deleted. Ive read forums, emailed their service team (no reply), & i've googled my tail off. Please post any ideas or advice :)

i am seeking recommendations for companies that mail out mass mailing list. EX - Having an assistant put together a list and hiring a company to send out letters to thousands of homes.

Would you suggest skipping a month of mailing to them? So its not every month?

Thank you for responding. I should've explained my question better, i plan to mail out multiple times to the same list. The list i pull from the city isn't updated every month, the city just does it when they have time, i plan to pull the list monthly so i am seeking how to suppress the same list that may or may not have new homes on it. 

I want to avoid double sending a letter to the same home every month. I am currently working with a crm, i will have to look more into what that offers. As for direct mail, that sounds like something i will have to also do some research on. Thank you for your help. Also the excel spreadsheet was a fantastic idea, i plan to get a VA to sort through everything and i want to try and find the best route. @Claire Trammell @Justin Silverio @William E.

I am curious if anyone has ideas, methods, or advice on how to track mass mailing? 

Let say the list i am mailing to has 3000 names, and out of those 3000, 50 call back how do i track that to not mail to them again?

Also if i pull a new list every month, but the homes are not guaranteed to be updated.. how do i track not sending to the exact same home twice?
