Hey Kenny, I have interviewed all the brokerages in my area** and have found Weichert has by far the best training program. We were mainly trained in residential but we can do both. I believe its great to learn both, especially if you are already or are planning to be an investor. There are a couple people in my office who do commercial and I am always learning a lot from them and doing some commercial work now. You can always find a commercial broker specifically but in my opinion why not learn both if you can.
