You can always find a commercial broker specifically but in my opinion why not learn both if you can.

Hey Brattelli, first and foremost thanks for taking the time out to write me about your experiences. What are some good questions to ask when visiting brokerages because I know a lot of brokerage are trying to get you in the door to recruit for them?

Hi, My name is Kenny and I recently passed the Georgia State salesperson real estate exam and are looking for the best brokerage to learn commercial real estate. Very fresh to investing but I am in the process of renting out my condo to house hack a property that I should not have bought. Anyone know a good brokerage with a great training program? Thanks in advance, Kenny L.
