@Chad Ballard. Read a few of your post, great advice. on residential land development, what is the best way to figure out cost per linear foot or Construction Cost per lot? I understand it will vary by States and depending on the property wetlands Etc. Yeah if I'm trying to do a quick back-of-the-napkin running the numbers.

What's a great way to figure out hard cost for residential land development, back of a napkin? I know each state will be different, is there also a good resource find out the difference cost per state?
