Wife and I live in Vail but are looking to buy a cabin property where we can use the property on occasion and STR. Looked a a place in Divide but local HOA isn't STR friendly. Have thought about Red Festher Lakes as well. With prices of everything being so crazy currently, is it better to jump in and do it or wait a year or so and see if prices ease some? Also which mountain market is the best for this type of use? Seems like based on AirDna the Divide/woodland park area is pretty hot. Finally, we'd love to find an agent that specializes in these kinds of deals.
