Plenty of really nice homes in greenfield, I don't live too far from that area. Not sure what the rental market looks like in greenfield though.

Hi, I'm pretty new to real estate investing, all advice is much appreciated. Is it usually cheaper to purchase a property via subject to ? or would you say a Turn Key or Flip is cheaper, or does it just all depend? Thanks.

Indy has a good market, you don't need to deal with this property... moving on may be best

you would have the buyer sign their contract

and the seller sign their contract

give both contracts to meridian title

and they pay you the difference via check - right?
