Hi BP family...have a home that I own free and clear and would like to list a note on Paperstac to refinance it.  Anyone ever work with their system?  How was your experience?

Hi BP family...you've been such a great resource.  I lean on your expertise again.  Does anyone have a foundation company that can complete work in Flint?  Have water seeping slowly through the walls and can't pass inspection.

 Your location depends on your strategy.  If you're doing AirBnB, definitely want to stay inside City close to tourist attractions.  For flips, look to East Atl. For buy and hold, most of the city/suburbs works, just depends on whether you want section 8 or market rents.  But all rents are steady.  If you have one in particular you are looking at, I'd be happy to walk it for you and be a second set of eyes. 

ATL...my friend! How about them dawgs last night?  Ga over Alabama all day for long term investing...better jobs, better income, diverse housing stock at various price points.  We're on all of the top list to invest for a good reason...we deliver in Atlanta!

For my investor clients, I recommend Decatur and Kirkwood.  These are affordable, but thriving areas of Atlanta.  The housing stock has variety from brick ranches to new construction and the finished products will sell.  Easy access to highways and good schools.

This just happened to me at a rental! AC units are reasonable...buy them for the tenant and remove once done. Have a great ac company...pls private message me and I"ll give you their contact info...Hope this helps!
