I am new to the site as well....but I want to learn. I want to make money as well, but I would rather learn from someone who is a seasoned wholesaler in Michigan. How long have you wholesale? I see deals all the time and I know how to find out who the owner is but I do not have a buyers list besides myself. My husband buy real estate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean you "find" deals all the time?  Are you in contact with these owners and got a price already?

Please explain further.

you can't do it one property at a time.  Just can't be done.  Out of state people have very little chance to make money.

But when you stay in Madison Heights and probably scared to cross over the city lines you will most likely say those things..obviously if you go downtown where you feel safe you will probably say ignorant things like that.

Its just said to see that people like you continue to spew ignorance when you don't take the time to know the people in the City.

Another thing I didn't say everyone now did I.  I said 50k.  50k is not 700k unless you went to a dps school or something.  I eat the ghetto for lunch.  I look them in the eye and put my hand on my gun.  I just want to make a living without getting killed.

So as a former Detroiter what are you doing for the city?   The city is so nice that you decided not to live there.  You don't get to judge until you come back and try to help the city.  I do more for the city than you do.

I know plenty of good people in the city.  I have been in their very homes bringing them medical supplies so they can take their shots.  Or a hospital bed so they could be in comfort in their last days.  Or oxygen so they can breathe and try to enjoy life.  The neighborhoods are still mostly garbage

HAHAHAHAHAHAH get a clue.  You have no clue.  Detroit deserves to get ripped on.  12 people just got killed this last week.

LOLOLOLOL I been working in the neighborhoods for 25 years. Typical to play the old black card. I have no fear to go anywhere in Detroit. I am always armed and have no fear. I am the one that walks into empty HUD houses. I do go downtown. You know I also go to the eastside near the airport. I also go to davison /dexter. I also go to puritan/greenfield. LOL Yeah those are all bombed out dumps. Detroit deserves to get little respect until Detroiters start respecting people's lives.

Again you need to check yourself.  Your city has shot at me and tried to carjack me more than a few times.  Yes I would gladly trade 50k Detroit people for 50k military people.  Nothing racist about that.  Are you telling me Detroit wouldn't be better with that trade?

I am  not into being PC and not see whats going on.  So get a clue before you spew your racist garbage at me.  Its not my fault Detroit is a warzone.  Its the people that live in the neighborhoods fault.  People like you don't help

Tell you what.  Detroit will send you 50k hoodrats in trade for those great military people.  What the hell.  Have you even been to Detroit?

Yes it must go to auction first.  You go and pay the back taxes now and all you do is pay the owners back taxes.

So is this guy not paying rent?
